This two-year project during the pandemic became the founding case study for Round Room Design. Starting from the client’s rough sketch, I produced full construction documents for a 2-bedroom residential project.

Scope: Floor plan iterations and space planning • Construction document sets including demolition plans, new construction plans, and reflected ceiling plans • Interior elevations for all rooms • Finish schedules and specifications • Coordination drawings for architectural and mechanical trades • Regular site meetings with general contractor to resolve field conditions.
